Pumphouse Coffee is brewing success
In the warehouse district of West Palm Beach, behind blue roll-up doors that read ‘If You Hate Bad Coffee, We Should Be Friends,’ the smell of roasting coffee beans hits you before you even walk through the door at Pumphouse Coffee Pouratorium. Here, a daily ritual turns into a multisensory experience, part café, part roastery, part lab, where the communal draw of universal brew lovers meets the industrial charm two local brothers have created.
Pumphouse Coffee is the brainchild of brothers Alex and Christian Le Clainche, who have been hands-on from the first roast to the Pouratorium to every new location. It all started with their grandfather, a developer in Jamaica whom they visited as kids.
